Delivery dates indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guaranteed date of delivery. Over 90% of orders will be delivered early or within the estimated time frame, however, carrier delays can occur and, therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the estimated delivery time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order, obtain a refund for delivery fees or receive an immediate refund for your order. If needed, late parcels can be returned for a refund under our Change of Mind refund policy.
We offer a Same-Day Shipping Guarantee. Orders with cleared payment received before 2pm (South Australian time) on all SA business days will be dispatched the same day.
In rare circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to events like power failures, and software malfunctions) shipment of orders may be delayed.
Where is my order shipping from?
All items are shipped from our Australian warehouse via International Express Merchandise. The carrier and tracking number can be found in the shipment email you receive once the order has been dispatched.
There may be customs charges, import duties, and/or tax to pay on arrival of your parcel. These charges usually apply only to orders over $1000NZD however please check to see if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.

Payment for these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Failure to pay any of these charges may result in your order being seized, not delivered in a timely manner or returned and you will not be entitled to a refund should this occur.
What should I consider to ensure a hassle-free delivery?
We aim for first time delivery. Please ensure you enter your address details in full and correctly. Any omissions to details (ie business names of a work address) may cause issues for successful delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund in the event an incorrect address has been provided and the parcel has been delivered. Consider also using a PO Box.
Parcels will require a signature on delivery. Parcels that cannot be delivered in person will be taken to your nearest outlet for collection.

If a product has a restriction, you will find this noted in the product description and you will also be notified in checkout if your cart contains a product that cannot be sent to your location.
